I had an amazing stay at Frederic Koklen Boutique in Odessa. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my happiness. The bed was incredibly comfortable and one of the best I've ever slept on. The rooms were immaculately clean and the location was ideal, being central but in a quiet street. The restaurant, Sophie, offered exceptional cuisine. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff is sometimes not very flexible, I wanted to switch parts of the breakfast but it was impossible. I can't understand why.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Our room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes. we were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I liked the design and interior in the room and in the the hotel in generally. The room and bathroom was very comfortable. A very pleasant breakfast! Excellent!

I did not like the minibar. Very poor minibar. Also in every hotel I have been I have never paid for drinkable water if the water from the tap is not drinkable for the whole city in generally... Making profit by selling simple drinking water when there is no option for other is really not a nice reference for a hotel! I did not like the fact that taxi which hotel arranged for me to bring me to the airport charged 4 times higher fee than the normal taxi charges.

The elegant and classical furniture in the room and the comfortable bed were my favorite parts of my romantic escape. The location was also spot on, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

The hotel has not been kept up to date and it showed in the outdated amenities and decor. The breakfast ordering system was also confusing and difficult to navigate.

The service in the Hotel is perfect, from the Réception to the room service every think is very professionnal. The staff is sympatic and always ready to help. The room are clean and there is an comfortable atmosphere. Very Good Hotel.

The service in Sofy bar/restaurant isn't so good than in the hotel it's just a little bit sad

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the beautiful sights in the city, yet situated on a reasonably quiet street, giving me a comfortable and calm atmosphere for my stay. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were exceptional - I was impressed with the way they maintained and decorated the rooms. Also, the complimentary breakfast was just amazing! And not to forget, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

During my stay at Frederic Koklen Boutique Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and romantic ambiance of my room. The classical furniture and comfortable bed created a charming atmosphere. The staff was truly professional and available whenever I needed assistance. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to order a delicious meal even late in the evening. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
